Base Pay Range:
$90,000-$100,00
As a Process Engineer, your essential job functions will include the following,
Support the Execution of the Supply Chain Solutions Project Portfolio
- Apply project management skills with minimal supervision to lead and prioritize projects, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure successful execution. Hold team members accountable for task completion and adherence to schedules.
- Collaborate with Operations, Systems SMEs, and other stakeholders to develop and execute implementation plans for initiatives such as warehouse moves, resets, openings, and continuous improvement efforts—including technology evaluations aimed at reducing operational costs.
- Design, evaluate, and improve supply chain processes to enhance capability, efficiency, and overall productivity across the department.
- Partner with Sales, Program Management, IT, and other Supply Chain teams to support and enhance operational processes and programs that impact daily performance.
- Utilize AutoCAD to design warehouse layouts that maximize space utilization, improve efficiency, and promote a safe working environment.
- Leverage WMS system to identify opportunities and implement improvements in warehouse systems, distribution center layouts, and key performance metrics.
- Develop, analyze and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support all warehouse and logistics processes.
- Investigate and analyze system and operational issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to ensure long-term resolution.
- Apply LEAN principles, 6S methodology, and process engineering techniques to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations and standards.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations-focused roles, preferably in a distribution or warehouse environment
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Hands-on experience with process improvement initiatives, including the application of LEAN, 6S, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in developing, documenting, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Engineered Labor Standards.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills required.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Microsoft Office products required.
- Experience with AutoCAD preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably JD Edwards) and WMS.
