As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your essential job functions will include the following:
Talent Acquisition Coordination
- Deliver the highest quality candidate experience to ensure our candidate engagements are efficient.
- Coordinate and schedule phone, onsite and web-based interviews in support of our recruiters.
- Provide timely communication and counsel to applicants, recruiters, and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in departmental project work focused on delivering efficiencies and innovations to drive our Operations team forward.
- Provide interview team members with appropriate materials to effectively interview and provide the feedback necessary to recruiters and enable our business partners to make hiring decisions.
- Craft and maintain an interview schedule log ensuring all interviews are efficiently tracked
- Manage the referral award process for internal associates.
- Act as back-up to peers on an as needed basis.
Reporting
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the recruiting team and our business partners.
- Update recruiting reports and dashboards in Workday.
- Create new and improve existing reporting processes leveraging Workday’s reporting and dashboard capabilities.
Other Duties as Assigned
Position Requirements
- Associate degree in Business Administration or Human Resources; BA degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of Human Resources or related administrative experience required.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (including Excel for analysis purposes).
- Project and social media experience preferred.

Physical Job Requirements
- Continuous viewing from and inputting data to a computer screen.
- Sitting for long periods of time.
- Travel - when necessary, <10%.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The total compensation package may also include commission, bonus or profit sharing.
