Finance & Strategy provides financial expertise to help us achieve our short- and long-term objectives, as well as analytical support for business projects and strategic initiatives. This department leads the annual budget process and delivers monthly forecasts and long-range strategic planning processes. Finance & Strategy also manages all financial transactions, cash forecasting, and reporting.
