The Opportunity

As a Tire Service Advisor (TSA), you will work for Dealer Tire as a tire expert on the service drive of a premium partner OEM dealership. This unique role is critical to the success of our company and offers incredible growth potential. The right candidate is a natural people-person who is driven to solve problems, build relationships, and help people stay safe on the road.

Know Your Role

As a TSA, you can expect to:

  • Play a major role in the growth of the tire business by closing sales and exceeding assigned sales goals.
  • Set the standard for inspecting customers’ cars, diagnosing tire-related problems, and recommending service.
  • Take the lead on building customer satisfaction by maintaining strong, effective relationships and anticipating guest needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of tire service experience, preferably in a retail tire and service environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with strong customer service orientation.
  • May be required to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening before beginning work.
