What do you value most about the people you work with at Dealer Tire?

The absolute dedication and drive to ensure success of our OEM Partners and their dealers. Also the creativity to do things outside of industry norms to ensure distinction that creates a competitive advantage.

How is Dealer Tire different from other places you've worked?

While maybe sounding a little clichéd, the biggest difference here is that you can feel the atmosphere of people being on a mission versus just doing a job. Also success is measured by the success of each of our individual partners and programs, not by how well Dealer Tire does overall.

How is Dealer Tire shaking up the industry?

Doing non-traditional things in a traditional industry. For example, taking the lead on both the investment and development of a B2C website specifically to drive sales to car dealers.
