Grit is an intelligent scrappiness. It's being willing to go head to head and toe to toe with your competition, outworking them, outlasting them, and ultimately prevailing.

What do you value most about the people you work with at Dealer Tire?

The people at Dealer Tire are unlike any I've come across in my working career. I think there's a level of determination and desire coupled with a grace in the way we go about working with one another as well as our customers. That's a unique combination, and I really enjoy that.

What makes you smile at work?

Coming in every day knowing that I'm going to be working with a high-caliber group of individuals all working toward a common goal each and every day.
