What do you value most about the people you work with at Dealer Tire?

They're like family. A lot of people have been here 20-plus years. You spend more time with these people than you do with your actual family, so it better work out. The Mueller Tire family, the Dealer Tire family from the old days, they're just like family.

Who or what inspires you?

I think Bruce Springsteen is an inspiration. He's just cool and I like the way he writes and the way he thinks. I respect the way he conducts himself, the way he's lasted so long. He seems like a good dad and a good guy. He's always inspired me.

What's the toughest challenge at Dealer Tire?

I wouldn't say this is tough, but it's an interesting one. We've come this far and have been very successful, but we're going to have to redefine who we are in the future to keep growing.
