How is Dealer Tire shaking up the industry?

I think we've already shaken up the industry in that we created this channel. Now we just continue to add value and take it to the next level. We're constantly implementing new technology and approaches, and continuing to take market share from the non-car dealer channel.

What do you value most about the people you work with at Dealer Tire?

The people here at Dealer Tire are extremely engaged and very passionate. They play to win. It's a team that never gives up, and that's probably what I value the most. I'm grateful for the opportunity to work with people who believe in the mission, believe in what we're doing, and who'll do just about anything to make that happen.

Who or what inspires you?

I am most inspired by people who have made it on their own. People who've overcome adversity and risen to positions of leadership and have been successful. And then helped others do the same. Any leader who fits those criteria inspires me, but I'm especially inspired by women who've been able to do that.
