Title:                            Sr. Digital Analyst

Reports To:                  Sr. Manager, Sales Science

As the Sr. Digital Analyst, your essential job responsibilities will include the following:

OEM and Tire Manufacturer Support

Partner with Program Management to lead in the development and execution of digital marketing efforts for both our OEMs and Tire Manufacturers.

  • Design and execute tagging architecture for agency campaigns and 3rd party integrations to support client and suppliers marketing efforts
  • Analyze digital campaign data and provide recommendations to Program Management on digital campaign effectiveness to help deliver maximum return on investment
  • Support Brand Managers to provide insights and guidance with client marketing agencies
  • Collaborate with Suppliers to provide analytics and strategic recommendations in support of Brand Awareness
  • Coordinate internal resources (IT, Creative Services etc.) and provide comprehensive e-commerce analytics services to our OEM/TM Partners, including ad-hoc and on-going reporting and analytics on digital campaign and other digital activities

Lead Internal Digital Reporting and Analytics

Play a key role in digital data analytics across the organization as well as the management of digital analytical platforms/tools related to B2B/B2C Analytics, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Google Tag Manager etc.

  • Develop and maintain key metrics on company e-commerce performance
  • Combine digital data with offline and in-house data to develop a complete picture of consumer behavior to help drive company strategic decisions in the digital space
  • Provide insights and recommendations to major stakeholders in order to support strategic decision making for our digital products, content marketers and executives across the organization
  • Lead digital integration and enhancements with IT; seek to structure data where possible and allow for access to a wider audience across the organization
  • Create internal knowledge library to catalog digital reporting and analytics efforts and SOPs around digital reporting and tagging strategies
  • Educate internal teams on new data streams and how to effectively access and manipulate data for analysis in other functional areas
  • Leverage knowledge and share best practices around digital analytics across partner companies

Web Analytics and Site Optimization

Partner with digital products stakeholders and content marketers to provide them digital data analytics, insights to support their strategic decision making on website performance and content

  • Design web/digital analytics practices that align with the organization’s objectives
  • Develop KPI framework and suitable analytics solutions to ensure all performance data can be tracked and reported
  • Lead the measurement strategy and analysis to improve established objectives
  • Produce, set-up, and measure testable hypotheses related to customer acquisition, retention, user experience and profitability
  • Segment website traffic by source, channel, visitor frequency, location, etc. to understand user experience and engagement
  • Connect insights from multiple sources of data to provide creative perspectives
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards that derive insights from customer behavior
  • Identify challenges and opportunities for improvement through analysis to make recommendations on website optimization for OEMs

Other Duties as Assigned

Position Requirements

  • BS/BA degree required
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in digital analytics and digital marketing.  Marketing agency experience preferable.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Google Analytics required, including Google Data Studio and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with A/B testing tools, data analytics and visualization tools
  • Knowledge of the implementation, measurement, and optimization of digital marketing channels
  • Experience optimizing digital campaign activities for clients
  • Ability to provide concise, clear reporting and actionable analysis
  • Ability to communicate effectively to varying levels of stakeholders
  • Experience in a client-facing role as a Google Analytics consultant
  • Desired certifications a plus: Google Tag Manager Fundamentals, Certified Web Analyst (CWA), Google Analytics Certification, Google AdWords - Search, Google AdWords – Shopping
  • SEO and SEM experience are a plus
