As Senior Marketing Operations Specialist, your essential job functions will include the following:

Manage projects tied to the development and enhancement of promotion-related tools

  • Work closely with the Promotion Operations team to identify and communicate enhancement opportunities for tools and processes
  • Facilitate requirement definition for enhancements to promotion management tools such as Campaign Manager, Teamwork and Service Perks
  • Evaluate the level of effort needed to maintain new features/functionality; minimize reliance on manual processes
  • Provide feedback to management and key internal stakeholders around concerns related to direction of new enhancements or functionality being discussed

Management of Assigned Specialty Area(s):

  • Support and serve as subject matter expert for loyalty and incentive programs
  • Manage all new program launches through loyalty, promotion, and incentive platforms
  • Guide enhancement ideation and development of loyalty, promotion, and incentive platforms
  • Collaborate with Senior Manager to ensure loyalty, incentive, and promotion platforms are leveraged in alignment with overall company strategy and goals
  • Provide timely customer service in support of the loyalty and incentive programs; follow up to keep customers informed until issue is resolved, or inquiry is answered
  • Update and maintain SOPs for all processes related to loyalty, incentive, and promotion platforms
  • Develop innovative ideas for utilization of the loyalty, incentive, and promotion platforms to drive sales and add value
  • Serve as the primary contact for the loyalty, incentive, and promotion platform vendors
  • Manage day-to-day administration of the loyalty and incentive platforms such as user enrollment, calculator creation, point adjustments, catalog maintenance, custom order support, etc.

General Marketing Support:

  • Review, validate, and process all invoices related to Points Plus, POP, Racking, and general support
  • Manage consumer review syndication processes and procedures for all relevant selling platforms
  • Collaborate with vendors, Accounts Payable, and others to ensure all invoices are efficiently processed to Accounts Payable
  • Manage the Points of Purchase (POP) materials, including inventory management, Account Manager budgets and access to tire manufacturer materials
  • Main contact of vendors used for loyalty, incentive and promotion platforms for day-to-day issues and communication
  • Collaborate with Sales to inform and train on loyalty, incentive and promotion platforms and processes on a regular cadence

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and work with team and cross-functional departments as needed
  • Manage OEM activities to meet or exceed program goals and objectives
  • Other customer service or program resolution issues handled, as necessary
  • Support implementation of Special Projects or Initiatives as needed

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degrees in Business, Marketing, Management or related field are preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, project management, program management, product development or marketing operations is required, along with proven history of experience with projects requiring a high attention to detail, organizational skills, multi-tasking, problem solving and independent judgment
  • Familiarity working in a team composed of cross-functional stakeholders is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical to success and are required
  • Ability to present thoughts, ideas and concepts clearly in both formal and informal venues is preferred
  • Attention to detail and thinking systematically are critical to success and required
  • Ability to perform and thrive in a fast-paced environment is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) products is required
  • Ability to build, maintain and leverage business relationships both internally and externally is required

Physical Job Requirements

  • Continuous viewing from and inputting data to a computer screen.
  • Sitting for long periods of time.
  • Travel as necessary (< 10%).
